Website Privacy & Cookies

Applies to: www.rowculus.app Last updated: 26 August 2026

This statement covers only the website www.rowculus.app. The rowculus app has its own separate privacy policy, available via the "App Privacy Policy" footer link.

1. Summary

This website uses no cookies at all — neither its own nor third-party. There’s accordingly no cookie banner: there’d simply be nothing to consent to. No analytics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics), no advertising networks, and no social-media embeds that use cookies are used.

2. Data controller

Chriesibaum GmbH rowculus Oberer Gubel 59 8645 Jona, Switzerland Email: Thomas@rowculus.app

3. Server log files

When you visit the website, the web server processes the technically necessary information any server automatically receives with a request: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type, and operating system used. This data is used solely to keep the website running securely and reliably (e.g. troubleshooting, abuse prevention); it is not combined with other data sources or analysed for marketing purposes.

4. Getting in touch

If you email us (Thomas@rowculus.app), we process what you send us (your address, the message content) solely to respond to your enquiry.

5. Newsletter sign-up

Signing up for the newsletter ("Stay in the loop") processes and stores your email address on our own server infrastructure — not with an external newsletter provider. No cookies are set; open and click statistics are likewise measured server-side, anonymised and without a cookie. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every newsletter email.

6. Language selection

The website is available in multiple languages. Which language version you see is determined solely by the URL you visit (e.g. /en/welcome/); no cookie or other local browser storage is used for this.

7. Embedded resources

Fonts and icons are served from our own server. No fonts, scripts, or other third-party resources (e.g. Google Fonts) are loaded directly from the provider.

8. Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you can request information about personal data processed about you, as well as its correction or deletion. Please use the contact details above.

9. Changes

This statement may be updated if the website or the legal situation changes. The German version is authoritative; switch the site language to German (footer) to view it.
